Wow, that didn't even occur to me but that would be so incredible! I would have to find someone to go with me, though as I don't know my way around glasgow at all....here's hoping.

Another great show from the boys - no Arizona or Trani so the show was a little shorter than the Brighton one but on the plus side we did get Notion and Wasted Time which were both great. The Glaswegian crowd was something else - everyone was pretty much up for it from the get go. Caleb even had to take his in ear monitors out for Sex on Fire because he knew how loud the crowd was going to be for that one! Once again Caleb thanked the crowd for their years of support and at one stage said 'You guys made us the Kings!' - which of course is crowd pandering 101 but it had the desired effect and was met with enormous cheers.
Caleb decided to tell a story just before Use Somebody - he effectively said that the last time they were in Glasgow they all had a big fight and weren't talking to each other and from the soundcheck that night they came up with Use Somebody so effectively Glasgow was the inspiration behind that song - well you can imagine how the crowd loved that!
All in all another great performance - hopefully they'll slip Happy Alone into the set somewhere is this tour and then I'll be a very happy camper.
Photos to follow.......

Unbeleivable gig, not the best ever but still amazing. It was worth all the travelling! Guess what? Me, schuncs and montana, among other MET THE GUYS!!!!!!!! After freezing our asses off for two hours they finally appeared and were all sooooo lovely. I ain't gonna tell all now because the other two girlies are still in Glasgow and I don't want to ruin their fun on here later. However, being a Caleb lady I will tell all about that. At first I didn't even notice he came out but then I heard the voice. We were all standing behind steel railings and he said it was like talking to us through a prison cell!! Having a few drinkies I decided to sing a song for him (montana and schuncs joined in)!. We sang Folsom Prision Blues for him! Then montana asked him to sign her tickets and he said and I quote: "I will do if ya'll stop singing that song at me!" Then schuncs asked him to sign this little bit of paper and she apologised to him for the paper being so 'tiny' and he said not too worry because his signature was tiny! Being cheeky I said to him: "I hope that's all that's tiny." To which he replied: "Everything's tiny in this weather!" Beleive me it was freezing!! Amazing night, well worth all the travelling, the no sleep and now I am actually back in Ireland in work. Oh I am also now the proud owner of one of Nathan's drum sticks. Nacho gave it to me after the show. *It gets better* They all signed it for me!! MUCH MORE GOSSIP TO COME!!!!

This was the first time I finally got to see Kings Of Leon live, and I can officially say it was one of the best gigs of my life!! A bit sad they didn't play Arizona, but they played the classics which made me happy enough and I managed to get to the front row along from Jared which made me even happier! Highlights of the show were definitely Knocked Up (I love that song!), Use Somebody (I liked the reference about the inspiration of the song at the start), Jared's random faces which he did every second of the show (I'm surprised his face doesn't stay permanently like that), Nacho because he is simply amazing, and the guys cute little waves at the end of their set awh! Now I really want to see them again

Oh actually I forgot to mention the real downside to the night! 99.9% of the Scottish people we met were fantastic but there always seems to be a few d*ckheads floating about. Folks, I got pissed on, I kid you not! In the middle of Manhattan a guy pissed on me! I felt like killing him - how gross! Moments later I get felt up by another guy. I am not even going to repeat what he did because it still shocks me! I gave him a slap too! W*nkers!
