so i thought i give my own two cents about the berlin gig. i was really amazed and i am still hyped about the show. i waited so long for this and yesterday it finally happend. i was really thrilled to see how especially caleb and matt (he smiled the whole show... so sweet to watch) enjoyed the show. caleb also said it several times. once he also said, that this was the best crowd of the whole tour. that heated up the crowd even more. jared was a little bit quiet, though. musicwise i really enjoyed the setlist. i loved it from beginning to end. sure, there are always songs missing and the older songs are too polished played at times, but still. i loved every minute and danced my ass off. at least i tried, because at times the people around me squeezed quite hard. but it's rock'n'roll, right? i cannot point out one highlight, because there were several. emotionally it was possibly on call, just because it relates to a very emotional time in my life and all the memories came back, so i guess there were some tears in my eyes. something i really loved was how caleb talked with his eyes and hands while singing. like telling the story with his whole body. very special and fun to watch. also very nice to watch was nathans stoic, amazingly cool way to play the drums and how he drank his beer and throwing the bottle behind before starting knocked up. you gotta love him! i guess this whole concert just made me love this band even more, though i thought this wasn't possible... so i thank the four guys for an incredible night and their awesomly great music.                |

@stonerlady: the concert will be recorded TOMORROW. and... 1. 1live will broadcast the whole thing live (concert starts at 9 pm). here is the stream: www.einslive.de/multimedia/livestream_popup/player_stream_mp3.html2. wdr will show this concert on march 23th (00:35 - 1:35) also kein grund besorgt zu sein, du hast noch nix verpasst  -------------------- edit: right now i see that there will be a live-VIDEO-stream tomorrow as well. you should find the link somewhere on 1live.de some minutes before the conert starts. Verdammt!! März... Ich hab doch glatt nur auf den Tag geschaut, und gedacht, dass es von vorgestern auf gestern Nacht lief...  |

ging mir auch so...war richtig sauer auf mich weil ich es "verpasst" hab Wir sind aber auch bescheuert...  Wisst ihr eigentlich noch was von deutschen Festivals dieses Jahr? Gerüchte bzgl. Rock im Park/Rock am Ring gibt es ja zur Genüge... :hoff: |

wow, wusste gar nich dass es sooooviele deutsche happyaloners gibt!!  hätten wir das eher gewusst i had a great time too! i sooo wanted to stand on the balcony and i managed to get there pretty early so i stood up there and had the greatest view ever!!! during the show i was actually quite happy to stand up there cause the whole crowd was jumping and i could just stand there and enjoy the show from up high i took almost 200 photos, gonna post a couple of them later on and i'll upload my video of 'crawl', 'milk' and the ending...i recorded nathan when he threw the bottle behind him before knocked up haha that man is the coolest ever! afterwards i was hoping to meet the guys but they left like 20 minutes after the show in two black vans...but they drove past me and i saw matt sitting next to the driver smiiiiling all the way! he was by far the cutest thing that night! i loved how he fell on the stage after their last song cause he was soooo exhausted! i recorded that too, gonna post it later...i will also post a detailed report of the show and everything special i noticed! so see you guys later  |
