I've listened to it very closely like a billion times trying to figure it out and my ears are hearing: Oh lady ..Pronounced: oh lay-ye-day
But I'm not a native English speaker so I get these things wrong at times.

ive been wondering about this for a while i thought he said 'i'ma let it out' like as in im gonna let it out but then i read somewhere else it was im ready now (not just on this thread^^^ but somewhere else kol related) so i tried listening again but im still hearing 'i'ma let it out'

I would have to disagree with this theory. He says what ever he's saying most clearly on the last time he says it. I'm hearing 'go let it out' or something to that affect. There's definitely a 'let it out' being sung there.

I was in the front row of two shows and I watched his mouth move and to me it seems like he is saying "Don't lay down". But that didn't make much sense to me. Oh lady sounds a lot more logical. Then again. Kings lyrics have never been really logical.
