When I first heard Because of the Times, for whatever reason, Ragoo stuck out the most to me. I love that track. But why is it that they never ever play it live. Any thoughts?

you're crazy. That song live would be great. I've seen them 4 times in NY and always hope for that one.

I love that song. it's just the way he plays it so fast and with the octaves. The notes get slurred together with the feedback and distortion and it takes away from the song... Its hard to replicate a sound like that in such a large venue of stadium. more of a studio gem.

I thought the same thing when I first heard BOTT - Ragoo was instantly my favorite track. I was disappointed that they didn't play it when I saw them, but I was happy that they played "True Love Way" because I got to hear my favorite line on the entire album:

"We could both share all that I have made
For a young man its a heck of a wage."

I also love this song! We had a petition on here last year to get it played live - i'll try and find the thread!

And, for some reason I have in my head that the guys made some comment about it being a bit tricky to do well live or something, or at least up to their very high standards! Did I make this up

No way! I was at that Dublin gig when they played it live and Caleb said something like "We never play this song live so i think it's about time we did" and the crowd loved it! The sound quality on that video is really bad and the other one is pretty bad too. It sounds class live, just the fact that they play it a little faster- they tend to do that with some of their songs when they play them live. I thought it was brilliant anyway.

I wish they'd play King of the Rodeo fast again, really stokes me up!
