also i hope they play an 18+..mosh pits are annoying with ferel 14 y/o westie girls. lol itd be great too..if like sydney last year they played 2 shows in Melbourne aww if they do I won't be allowed in...  So I'm hoping that they won't sorry, but I missed the last tour they did, and Im not missing out again!! |

I swear to God if one more band who I love comes to Aus when I'm in Bolivia I'm going to cry. I've been predicting they'll play BDO again for the last few months so fingers crossed thats the case because I'm home by then and because that means I can see them at their sideshows and at the festival.

They bloody well better pop over to NZ. Would this possibly be linked to the Big Day Out? When do they start announcing the lineup for that? I think the lineup usually comes out in October but I could be wrong. |

Any more news on the Australian tour front yet? I found out BDO first lineup announcement is being released on the 30th of September. Neil Young and My Morning Jacket have been confirmed thus far for anyone who's interested... Here's hoping for an amazing lineup next year. Its been a while since BDO have had an awesome lineup.

No worries Ashlee. My friend was telling me she'd heard that the telegraph had leaked the BDO lineup but I couldn't find it despite my efforts. That said there are strong rumours for the Arctic Monkeys and lots of other cool bands. One of the rumours I'm hoping pulls through is the Prodigy one. They would be insane live. I've spent way too much time reading rumour threads I want to actually know who's playing already.

prodigy and arctic monkeys arent for sure but they seem to be big contenders... So sorry if I got you excited for no reason. That said I think next year's BDO is showing great potential. And thanks for the Karma. Have some for yourself. I'm taking my sister to her first BDO next year. Haha. I think you're about her age - She's 17...

Agreed. Being excited is fun. Can't wait until the actual announcement comes out though. I mean, I've hyped myself up for it so I hope I'm not disappointed. For me falls was the summer festival to be at so far but I can't make it so BDO is going to have to rectify the situation for me.

also i hope they play an 18+..mosh pits are annoying with ferel 14 y/o westie girls. lol Besides the 16 year old chicks who wait outside for hours for the sole purpose of perving on the people in the band, as it occurred at both sydney shows last year, i hate the dickhead 18+ boys who think belting the shit out of everyone is okay and think its fun to break your ribs. i was thinking about it today: this snotty little 14 year old boy, who came up to about my hip mind you, kept tugging on my tshirt so he could take my front row spot.. thankfully the security guard told him to bugger off... too bad he bloody stretched the merch i paid 40 dollars for.. now i cant wear my kol shirt  ps, just out of genuine interest, what are 'wesite' girls like in melbs? our westie girls fit a particulr description, so im interested to know what theyre on the other side |

im a 19 yr old boy! i went to the first hordern gig it was crazy fun. my mates made fun of me but cause they thought i was wearing the same thing as caleb. but how was i supposed to know! this will be half a dozen times ive seen them next woo!
