Guess what. Some guy on another forum just said that he already listened to'Only by the night' on Lowlands(dutch festival) and he gave it a 5/5 stars!(it's a rating site for albums)

I really can' wait right now. What was the exact release again? :s:s:s:s

ok this is my first time writing in this forum. I've been waiting patiently for this album, slowly hearing little snippets and leaks of some of the songs and quite frankly I'm scared. I read in an interview a little while back that they were excited about this album and were ready to "tackle their southern roots... again". from what i've heard so far they couldn't be farther from their southern rocker sound. I know that band styles change and it has to be expected, i've been in one for years, and it took a little getting used to BOTT, but eventually it found a place in my heart. I just miss their fun quirky style they've seemed to let slip away. BOTT in my opinion didn't have the same happy feeling of their past releases, almost a little darkish, like a storm cloud of music that makes me worry about what weather is still to come. I'm not saying they are selling out by any means because this new sound is just that... new. I just hope they keep their promise and give us a least one or two classic feeling songs that make us smile and slip back to the old days for a little while! I'm sure we'll all like OBTN just as much as all the others and i may be worrying a bit too much but ohhh how I miss our "prancing around in my high-heels" - "let the good times roll" times soooo badly!!

sorry for the length and i do apologizer if i've offended any fans but this has been stewing in me for the past few days and i had to say it.
Worrys or not I'm treating sept. 23rd like its christmas hehe

Thanks for the welcome buddy! I hope i put my post in the right section because I was't saying they were selling out at all, just saying how from what I've heard on "Only By The Night..so far" I'm growing slightly worried. It's kinda like watching your child grow up and start rebelling, you can't do anything about it but your going to miss the good ole days hehehe... no matter what happens the album is bound to be great
