Anyone Wanna Write KOL Reviews?

Hey,

As some of you may have read I'm working on a new fan site called ahashake.com and I'm hoping to have it up and running in a couple of weeks!


I'm going to need some people from all over the world to contribute reviews of the KOL shows and it would be cool if people reviewed singles and the new album as well!

ooh a new site sounds fun! you going into competition with the new look HA?
i don't know how to write a review but since that's such a weak thing to say and hardly matters as long as it's readable i'll give it a whirl. uhmmmmmm i'll do on call first then i'll pm it to you and you can tell me what you think.

so far i have: on call is a very good song, it has nice lyrics and you can sing to it. hahahaa now that's exciting! listen to that song now! WOOOOO!! ok gone nuts.

Here it is then, i'm pretty sure it's quite quite crap and that i've used all the wrong words but i just tried to make sense out of how the song sounds.

Cut into pieces and crawling on the floor like the anticipation before the first phone call. The melody swirls gently around you, cushioning the blow of the irregular stabbing emotion in the lyrics, held at arms length yet commited in telling you. It wants your attention and it would like it constant, short shots of beat come racing at you, whilst the bass stays nice and low, keeping up the tempatation and increasing the curiosity, a wide sweep of vocal washes over the landscape accompanied by the energetic crunching twists of riff that escapes out of the guitar strings. All in all keeping it indie, keeping it tight and keeping it kol; another piece of crystal they can fit into their crowns.

that is quite embarrassing.

No one has to be experienced in review writing to do this, if you are, all the better but to be honest I'm just looking for enthusiastic KOL fans who fancy writing some lines on the guys' music and/or live shows!

I'll take a list of HA members and I'll PM you all once the new site is up and running to let you know more info etc.

ye sounds wicked. i'd definitely love to hav a go at writin anythin to do with kol. whether it would be any good or not is a different matter, but it would be great to give it a go

I'd definitely be up for it but as the Kings definitely won't be making to to Aus. again in the next little while I'd have to do some of their recorded stuff.

everyone that wants to write reviews or even stories relating to KOL start writing!


Anything you want from - singles,eps,albums,shows.


Just go with the flow, write what you genuinely feel or felt and don't try to over-write it if you know what I mean, just looking for FAN reviews, they don't need to be grade-A music journalism essays etc etc
