I thought the release date was the 22nd........... |

22nd in the UK, 23rd in the U.S. But the show is recorded 'as live' the same day? I only care cos I don't want them to tour the album in Europe the week of release while I'm on holiday. If they're safely in the States I'll be happier (selfish? moi?  ) |

Thanks, Ncox - that makes me feel better! Yeah, it is a long time in advance: could this mean....*shock horror*...the official site might bring us NEWS from now on?!? I guess they'd already be confirming their promo schedule for the week the album's coming out. |

Awesome! I can't wait. Although I hate having to watch Letterman pretend he cares about the Kings or their songs, it's painful watching him pick up their album and announce the release date and pretend he knows what's going on, y'know?

ack! thanks for the news bornagirl! it made my evening. i'm so excited for this! i just requested tickets for that day, and then had all of my friends request tix and add me as their guest.... fingers crossed....  this also means that they will probably have a show/signing in the City sometime around then. i've cleared my calender! |
