I had never thought what the cover might look like (as queenoftherodeo505 has mentioned)
I think they're going to have a more colourful one this time - YAYM - White, ASH and BOTT - both black (UK versions anyway).
Also I dont think that they will appear on the cover again like they have'nt on the last 2 - the first being a picture not a photo.
Anyone else think thats the way it might look? Not that the cover really matters its just interesting.

well i hope their not on the cover. that would be weird i think ahah just like not having a performance video for the singles. prob be something joy on the cover tho, weird and artsy but joy

It could turn out shit though because caleb said they want to get a bigger sound and do more mcfearless-esque songs but i don't want them to turn into a stadium band, more intimate venues are betterrrr

Im getting quite excited, i hope they preview some songs at T in the Park, Im really hoping for a really rocky sound kind of like YAYM but taking it to another level. My only hope is that they dont start to sound like U2!  |

really? i freaking love U2. but thats true though, they should be sounding recognisable, keeping that KOL sound, dont want them sounding mainstream!! or i'll die from heart palpatations on the spot .lol. gahh, im getting exicted.. not long now, have never been this excited about an album EVER!! should be in Oz during the summer... oooh yeah!  |

I dont mind U2 but i find sometimes when bands get big they always try and go for that big U2 sound and lose their own identity as a band and im just hoping KOL dont go down that road (just my opinion though)  |

Yeah, i don't want KOL to be a stadium rock band either. I don't mind them changing their sound, i hope they do (as they have done with their last albums). I mean, i don't just want another YAYM, ASH or BOTT, - but an attempt at becoming a stadium rock band is how alot of bands music lose's it's edge, and in some case soul. I'm also worried that the new album won't be any good, not that i think KOL have lost it or anything, it's just bands always tend to make one shit album every 3 or so albums. Since KOL have made 3 brilliant albums, it just kind of seems like their overdue a bad one  |

k-a-r-m-a annie! got to keep the faith you guys! at first I was a little unsure about the album, simtimes I'm a bit of a pessimist. actually thinking about it though, they have released three albums I love. I think they're pretty bright guys when it comes to writing songs they know whats right. |

aha had another KOL dream last night, had new song in it and it said crawl in it, sounded good it was sort of like all black thumbnaily and then it suddenly stopped and caleb screamed "CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWL, CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWLLL!!" Got my Rolling Stone in the mail yesturday (the Australian version). We didn't get the news in the Smokin section but we got the new photo of them in the studios with Angelo and their other producer who's name I can't remember right now, with a caption basically stating they were recording again...
I might scan it later if I can be bothered... Not that its much to get excited about having already seen the photo.
