Maybe he changes it by mood. I once saw the kit say something like "The Features rock". I believe he has two sets; a pink one and a green one. One of them had a cherry at one time, but that was with the first album. He might also have a blue one too, but maybe that was the green one in different lighting.

well i think the US always sees the pink one maybe in some other states they change it to the light blue or light green one which they use for the UK mostly

i have a pic, i'll upload it later. he used the green kit in the UK this summer...i lurve the pink kit though and (i'm pretty sure) the lettering changes all the time, because a member of the crew re-does it, or at least he did at hammersmith...and in plymouth(?).xx

I think it might be that its cheaper to buy a kit in every country rather than have it flown around the world especially as drums don't travel well anyway.

yeah i thought that to. i figured his green and blue drum kit that he uses in the uk he keeps over here. I dunno where he would keep it. this is quite random coz i was thinking about this a bit a go. way too much time on my hands. I think he does change it dependent upon his mood, it was the last gig of the us tour before they did the uk tour, and nacho stuck balloons on the guitars and pictures (i cant remember who the pics were of now.) And nathans drums said the features rule. heres the pic: drum kit pic

He may actually just hire them. Storage would cost alot, perhaps they sell them on when they leave perhaps that explains the Orange amp of Matthews thayt ended up on E Bay. here are a few of DW's current finishes

Yeah, someone (Sarah-I think) linked to it on here it had the KOL packing case with it but was going for serious money. With Kit prices it all depends on the extras really at least £2000 I'd say. heres some admitedly exotic finished kits as a guide, but they may not include cymbals and stuff. OOO! took me a bit longer to find as they're an affiliate company of DW but ding ding
