right can someone clear this up for me...
Jared, caleb and nathan are brothers.
calebs dad has one brother, who has two sons, matthew(kol) and Tyson who is from red light knights)
Matthew is the cousin to jared caleb and nathan. and has a brother called christopher followill aka "nacho"
right or wrong?

N,o I think Nathan, Caleb and Jared's dad has like three brother, Nacho and Matthew aren't brothers, they're cousins, and Tyson from RLK is Nachos brother, I think Matt's an only child..

He's cousin of the boys but the Nacho's brother is Tyson Followill and I think he has one sister too... Jandi? Poor Matt. Being an only child sucks. He's very lucky to have such awesome cousins though. Actually, its not as bad as others that are not only children think. You have nobody to fight with, nobody to share things with ex. Computers, TV's, CDs etc., nobody to yell "shut up" at when you're trying to concentrate on something important. All the attention is centered on you, it can possibly shape you into a well rounded individual because you will want to be all that you could be to make your Mamma and Pops proud! Plus, you get spoiled. All that extra money that could have been used to buy little Johnny a new action figure or older brother Bob a new car is all given to you for your personal use. I'm an only child myself and believe me, thats the only way i'd have it. Plus like Matt, i'm really close with my cousins so we hang a lot  . |

I see your point of view, being an only child myself. On the other hand:
- You feel lonely, you have more difficulty than other people communicating with your peers because you don't do it on a regular basis at home with your brothers/sisters. So you end up being a loner.
- You get self-centered, because all the attention is focused on you. There are two sides to that coin.
- You have no one to push the blame on when you do something stupid. It's all your fault and your parents know it.

I've never experienced being lonely in my life, and communication is no problem with me. Communication is completely the person's choice. And sometimes theres age gaps between siblings, you could have absolutly nothing in common what-so-ever and rarely speak to eachother because they're living far away and they have their own life. Self centered, yes I totally see your point there. But its only if they let it go to their head. I'm still not self-centered, most likely because the concieted people drive me haywire. Well, if you're the oldest sibling or an older sibling the blame will be pushed on you for mostly everything, because you're the one having to always set an example for the younger sibling(s) as well as take care of them. And if you don't do your job by making sure you take care of them properly, the blame is all on you no matter what the younger child does. The youngest will always get away with everything. Plus if your the only one still living in the house and your other brothers and sisters moved away, you're screwed once again! |
