We were in Nashville on a school trip and I was just turning 12 or 13 don't remember exactly. I think 12... Cause i made the trip due to that.
When they found out it was my B-day we were walking out of a McDonald's and Caleb threw his arm over my shoulder and began to describe intercourse to me. His mom overheard and slapped him. Then Nathan jumped into finish.
There was a big group of us. The entire middle school class of our private school. grades 6-8. Their mom was a chapherone. Caleb and Nathan were both in High Schol but got to go. i think Nathan's g/f went on the trip too.

Wow, there's a chunk of their background that I guess they just leave out of their stories of growing up on the road. Bush and Greenday, BETTY? That stuff just doesn't fit in to their humble upbringing story.
And that picture, caleb looks like a totally different person. They must have changed a whole lot.
Odd, but interesting, thanks for sharing the true nature of these people.

I am actually not in either of those pictures.
Yeah they leave different parts out of their story. I read somewhere that Nathan graduated from a town called Mumford. He in fact graduated from Christian Life Academy (now closed down) in Henderson, TN.
I dunno if they are ashamed of living here. Or if any period of "normalcy" was left out by their PR people to help with their story. I dunno how NORMAL their home lives were here actually.

I have a new found appreciation because Bush was my favorite band.
The pencil story is funny because in third grade I was turned around on the bus talking to my neighbor in the seat behind me. Anyways I guess the driver hit the breaks because my hand flew back and I accidentally stuck the pencil in his forehead and the led broke off. He was such a baby, he cried and the lead seriously came right out. It isn't like I stuck the pencil through his head.

Yeah I talked to 'em. They lived here 2 different times. The 2nd time was Caleb's senior year. He dropped out and he and Nathan went to sing Country Music. No Lie... quote] I believe you. I went to see a band called Feable Weiner (waits for people to laugh) and talked to two of the guys from the band, Josh and Atom. I talked to them at different times and both told me they knew Nathan and Caleb before they hit it big and said that at the time they were trying to do the Country Music sense. |

that is so cool! it took me sages to figure out which caleb was (i forgot which one u said) but now i look closer he is very similar. that so amazing u pure knew them, an the whole birds an bees thing - i can imagin that would be fun , like in my position i mean...
