These are 2 pics of Caleb from High School. I will look around my house through some annuals for more. This was his first "band" BETTY. They played in the back room of our school. Green Day and Bush Covers... They are kinda small. he is quiet similar as how he looks today in fact..i think that the only difference is his hair.

Geez... I'd say 15 or 16. Not too certain to be honest.
I am not in either of those pics. None of the Followill bros liked me that much. I probably got along best with Jared though. We are closer to the same age. I think I am a year older than Jared.

Like I said I will look through some old annuals for some pics of the guys. We went to school together for a couple years. Nathan in fact graduated Valedictorian of his class. Maybe I can find one of him in the cap n gown.
I won't have any of Matt. I don't think I ever met him.

That was crazy as...... That's definetly what I expect a teenage band from the bible belt to look like too..
His face hasn't changed much since then like someone said before... Just the hair..

Yeah I talked to 'em. They lived here 2 different times. The 2nd time was Caleb's senior year. He dropped out and he and Nathan went to sing Country Music. No Lie...
We all went to church together too. They actually mention our church in an older issue of Blender. Talkin about song to download or something. They mention one of our choir songs. Jared played 12 yr old Jesus in an Easter Drama once as well. Maybe I can find video of that.
Jared would hang out at my house after school. Caleb and Nathan in fact filled me in on the Birds n the Bees on a school trip. Ha... Their mom used to cut my hair too.
Someone is gonna say I am makign this stuff up, but I promise I'm not.

It was actually a pretty graphic description. Caleb got slapped by his mom and Nathan took over. Later Jared decided to show me a diagram of how to do it "Doggy style" then he tried to make me watch a porno.
I was a goody goody back then. I sat in the hall of our hotel sobbing.

I don't think you could consider it a real band. They were the self proclaimed "Greatest Band that Never Played" Caleb was the drummer. They called themselves BETTY (after Caleb's Mom) She was my middle school teacher. Jared once stabbed me in the butt cheek with a finely sharpened lead pencil and the tip broke off. It hurt rather badly. Sadly most of the stories I know involve someone dropping their pants and revealing their testicles. I am actually in a band with the blonde guy from the picture.
