my cousin told me about a programme thats going to be on tv in the uk around november time about the kings on tour...anyone know if this is actually true? sorry if this has been mentionned already..im a tad slow oh yeah...look who's 'struttin' now'!  |

this is a rumour that keeps coming up - if it were true it would be nice, but so far, nothing ever comes of it, so i refuse to get excited until i hear it from a reliable source.

That filmmaker lives in San Francisco. I saw one of her films at a short film fest. I'm going to see if she films at any of the shows here in a little while. I sure hope someone documenting them.

Are we talking about Molly? Ihave kept in contact with her and she says that was a dream of hers... don't know if it is actually coming to frutition though.

Well, I met her in April and she was taking footage outside. She filmed when they arrived but they didn't allow her to take any footage inside the venue. She took filmed afterwards because she left with them. She took picture as well. She went to Colorado about 2 weeks later maybe but again she couldn't take footage. So I don't know whats up.

Aw, that is too bad. At least she got some stuff, and was able to meet up with the band. That is a fans dream, so she has those memories.

I would love to see some great live footage. But i think it would be much cooler to see some tour footage of them where they ask good questions and all. i saw one of her short films and she could probably make a cool film. tell her to just do it, guerrilla-style filmmaking!
