Ok chum - prepare yourself for a nonsensical explanation. This is the best I can do.
- Do you have an account with an image hosting site? If yes please see next question, if no, well, get one.
- Have an avatar in mind? Upload desired avatar onto aforementioned image hoster.
- Image hoster should allow you to re-size image down to the size specified by 'user preferences' (I think 100x100). Once image is resized, it'll provide you with a URL which you cut and paste into the avatar section of your profile.
Make any sense whatsoever?

yeah, thanks molly but it wont fuggin show, darn iittt ive got the pic on photobucket, resized it to "avatar" which is 100x75 then i put the url into the thing, and put 75 and 100 in the boxes, but nothin shows up xx |

well this is what i do Soho i find a pic that i like from O dusty- that is if you want a KOL avatar copy and paste it's URL into the avatar thing on your profile!! i hope that works i know my description was rubbish!!  |

If you're more intelligent than me (very likely) and aren't making that mistake, then I'm not sure what's happening chick. |

Personally, I want mine to be the cover of Black & Blue, but I couldn't find that picture anywhere, so I settled for the boring tongue.
