I dont know but its ridiculous that non-us members arent allowed to enter. If it weren't for the european fans they wouldnt be where they are now

You can vote if you're in the UK and you can enter the competition, but apparently you can't win the prize for some stupid reason!
Not impressed really - seeing as loads of their fans are from the UK.

Im in ireland, where the hell does it say u.s. members only on the comp? Just heard they announced gig for september in the rds dublin, but not up on tour dates section either
