Can i just confirm, has he gone on to impress other people with his programming prowess, or has he left us to our rationality and social skills?
I suppose there is always the chance he's waiting in the wings to pounce on me....
I hope not,
but in a strange and very sad way, im kinda hoping so... ah the complexes of the human mind.
There's a certain invigorating aspect to verbally warring with a being you dont know at all..if anyone wants a battle (especially whatever) this is the thread for it. Im gonna start by saying, if it will have inflammaory aspect, that my opinion falls to the fact of JIm Carrey being a massive embarassment of American comedy. Any takers? Come on, ill take you all on at once!

On Wikipedia he's described as "Canadian Born" reminds me of that astronaut, can't rember his name Brian or Micheal or something. But he was trying to mend the Russian Space station Meer(sp) and every day reports would be on the news that British Born astronaut whatever his name was, was going to save the world. This went on for a week till he screwed something up and he became Canadian astronaut whatever his name was.
*edit* Michael Foale that was his name.

Yes, i checked him he was born in Lincolnshire. If i had my way Jim Carrey would have been a canadian immediately follwing liar liar.
Though i actually like canadians better. Hmmm... tricky...

Canadians are better than Americans in nearly every way! Except there are the odd slip ups like Celine Dion and Jim Carrey (although I liked him in Eternal Sunshine..)

Whyever not? Its a ghastly film - Jim Carrey should be ashamed of both himself and you! I was dragged to the cinema to see it unfortunately, which might have added to my hatred of it.
Were you on drugs at the time?

As a penance uk.geocities.com/gazandelf/damage.htmlI like Carrey in Truman Show, and he was pretty good in man on the moon. But as soon as he starts gurning, he's done with me. You know, of course, that when Liar Liar was released, the Canadian government actually sought to revoke his citizenship?

next time you watch it:
"When Jerry, Audry, and Max are at the airport, after the intercom said "Flight 1511 to Boston is now boarding and they head to the gate; you can faintly hear on the intercom "Jim Carrey, please report to airport security"."
Apparently...
perhaps they were after destoying the rubber-faced comic's passport?
