Alright chaps, well we already know that the majority of us KOL fans prefered the weird clothes and big haired Kings compared to the stylish Topman Kings!...but what about the music?  I love BOTT it's awesome, but is there anyone else out there who loves the tunes like wasted time and red morning light where sometimes its really difficult to understand what caleb is singing/mumbling?  |

Wasted Time was always my favourite song of YAYM cause it took me ages to get the words right....

I love Caleb's voice full stop. Although i do really love YAYM when it's really hard to understand what he's saying. I love all the albums though. I don't think i'd be able to pick a favourite....

I think some lyrics on BOTT are still pretty undecipherable.
Took me ages to figure out in Black Thumbnail
he actually sings; "Dont leave no smell on me"
I was convinced it was something like:" Dont leave me smlang mjeng"

Ahhh, same about the Black Thumbnail chorus. I thought he was just kinda screaming. Don't leave no smell on me", kinda ruined it for me to be honest. HAha  I love BOTT I have like album phases so I can never pick a favourite |

Yeah i agree Black thumbnail was a bit of a funny one for me, when i first heard it i thought i knew the words until i read them and realised they were nothing like what i was singing!! YAYM is one of those albums i always go back to and guaranteed i'll listen to it all the way through and then again, its just a classic debut album, love spiral staircase and wasted time.....infact scrap that ive just listened to the album again and i love it all!! |

I still to this day think that there is no way that Caleb is singing "Dont leave no smell on me". I know in the past there has been debate about what He says in songs but this one just sounds fcuk all like it.....in the booklet or not!!!

YAYM is just mad in places. I'll never know and ib know you can find the lyrics but it's more fun trying to work it out yourself and not having a clue half of the time! I think it sounds like that!I don't know most of the words or meanings of the songs on YAYM. Which I love for some reson, but I wish I did know them a bit better. lately I really have been missing Calebs screechy vocals, especially because he doesn't use them as much at gigs even with the YAYM stuff. But they're still brilliant! |

i think some thing along the lines of "im taking it back,like you dont know,and you blow me away,but you dont try"
love that song soooo much at the moment.
