Interesting wondering if it was shelved and will come out in a box set 10yrs down the line? Curious 'cause they don't seam the type of band to record loads of songs then select wwhich ones go on the album.

Ooh I like the idea of a new KOL mystery. So they had this song "Celebrate", which they thought was important enough to center their 3rd album on but never released it?!? hmmm...So Daveb, you're sure it hasn't been renamed? It's really cool that you're one of the few to have ever heard it. I wanna hear it

it could be My Party renamed, i dunno if u cud say BOTT centres round it though
guess we'll have to hang on nd c if it comes out as a b-track...pretty weird to pull a song the albums centred around off the album :?
i heard/read somewhere Caleb saying that they had loads of great songs they didnt use and that he was kinda bummed cuz some of them wer easily better than ones they used....not fair!! i wanna hear them!

Loads of unreleased goodies!?! I hope they get released eventually...I'll be waiting years from now for 'The Lost Tracks'. Or they could just give us multiple b-side tracks on their singles from now on, becuase as of now I'm just buying the single tracks off itunes which is not as fun but more logical for me and penny-pinching ways.

it definately was an original song because the chorus was 'celebrate'. they could of changed the lyrics later on? but i doubt it. also i remember in an article they said a song was called 'songs from homegirl's mixtape' or something? im sure there is tonnes they ave never released, but unlike some bands *cough* razorlight...... they dont release everthing they record.

A WHOLE CD of KOL Bsides!!!

'Songs From Homegirl's Mixtape'. I seriously hope they weren't joking. I want to one day hear Caleb utter the word "homegirl" because it would sound absolutely ridiculous coming from him. Precious. sounds like Kings of Leon need to take a hint from The Killers :]]] Wouldn't that be amazing? A WHOLE CD of KOL Bsides!!! Yup! And there hasn't been a bad b-side so far, so it would be stellar.

I remember about magazines and websites publishing the names of the new songs and I remember about that Celebrate and also about Song From Home Girls Mix Tape but I think those are the BOTT songs with names changed as at first people mixed the names of the songs (I mixed Black Thumbnail with Charmer for some reason...) cause they didn't open that up. I also know they started playing the first BOTT songs while touring in Australia but there were bootlegs, and setlists, and as far as I know they played no more than Charmer, Black Thumbnail, Arizona and On Call!
