Actually the report is about Arctic Monkeys but Kings were included and if that's true that'll be amazing! Arctic Monkeys Cover Amy Winehouse
For covers album...Arctic Monkeys have covered an Amy Winehouse song for a forthcoming covers album. The band’s cover of, ‘You Know I’m No Good,’ will appear on ‘Radio 1 Live Lounge,’ which is released on October 22nd. The album includes a host of special covers by band’s that have appeared on the Live Lounge slot on DJ Jo Whiley’s daytime radio show. Maximo Park’s cover of The Proclaimers, 'I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)' and Biffy Clyro’s cover of 'Umbrella' are also included on the album’s tracklisting. Kings Of Leon, Kasabian and Gossip are among some of the other artists to have contributed covers to the LP. The album is the second time that Whiley has commissioned the performances from her radio show, with Lily Allen featuring on the first edition of the album last year. When I heard them in the live lounge they only played their own song - it was Fans I think. Jo said they had been working on a cover but weren't happy with it so didn't play it. Maybe they recorded it after? Or does the Live Lounge album also include the bands own songs played live? *edit* Just checked on play - they are on there but it's Fans. Oh no... I can't believe the Kings track included isn't a cover but Fans however I kind of was expecting they didn't have a cover... I've heard some covers included to this thing and considering there're a bunch of cheesy covers they pretty much could have done a Shania Twain cover cause I know now Caleb's good singing Shania Twain |

that album looks cool, i want!! they had/have (im not sure) a show like that in ireland for a while and it brought out an album too it was called Even Better Than The Real Thing, some of the covers were deadly.
And to clear up about that Umbrella thing, i remember when it was on air and they only did fans but im pretty sure in some interview they said they wanted to cover Umbrella but they were only joking

I really wish they would do a cover. Remember the Pretenders thing? Well, they played one of their songs with them, so it technically wasn't a cover but Caleb's vocals really took that song up a notch. Just imagine the possibilities if they were to finally do one....
