I use quick time, there is a rewind button.
Also, if you use it you can click on window->A/V Controls you can mess with the pitch, playback speed and everything. You can make Caleb's voice sound like he's on helium or make it sound like he's on sulfur hexafluoride ( youtube.com/watch?v=HIXEzj08MwE )

Also, if you are trying to listen to it backwards, I would set the playback speed as low as it can go, it's easier.
