Hidden tracks, tracks only on singles

I know theres quite a few hidden tracks and tracks that only apear of singles and being a big kings of leon I want to have all of there songs at my disposal. I've noticed; however, that these singles are quite expensive atleast on amazon.com and such.

I understand the marketing in selling them at highprice and banking on the fact that some one like me will buy it just for the one song, but is there a cheaper way? A place to buy them thats not so expensive.

10 dollars for 2 songs is a lot of money, and thats only for one song that I want.

I have all three cds, just not the singles.

my brother showed me a website dedicated to shit like that - but i dont know the name of it

played backwards a line in Hit Me Baby One More Time says 'Sleep with me, im not too young'

and Another One Bites the dust says 'Its fun to smoke Marijuana' over and over again

yeah, ive heard of that website and Help by The Beatles says repeatedly over and over backwards " We smoke marijuana"..

Anyone can pick that line up...

The "Another One Bites the Dust" is thought to be deliberate...and is the most famous case of backmasking. (I'm kind of an expert on this subject, as it interests me WAY more than it should, so I've spent hours and hours researching it).

My favorite case is Stairway to Heaven...the paragraph of backmasking about Satan in that is very clear...but only if you read it first, it's one of those "mind playing tricks on you" sort of things. But that doesn't make it any less creepy.

A more modern track to feature a backmasked message is Franz Ferdinand's "Michael" where you hear a garbled sound a little more than halfway through, if you reverse it, it is Alex saying, "Bob call your mother, she's worried" because it was Bob's mom's birthday when they recorded that song.

Well hidden tracks talihina(sp?) sky is at the back of holy roller novicane. Yeah i've looked into backmasking some of it is scary like

ELO's fire on high and some are funny like the one where weird al says "the devil eats cheeze wiz" and bloodhound gang "devil child wake up and eat chef boyardi beefaroni."

Yeah, i didn't expect it to become a topic about backmasking. The topic solved my problem, but I think I'll still buy the singles anyway, once I start making money again.

I don't think the queen backmasking is intentional, but it is fun to smoke marijuana, haha I kid.

yes.type something like "subliminal messages" into u tube.. its really interesting. i did it once with two of my friends from school. basically it was freaky. but make sure that u dont open one of those clips where its silent and then a scary face pops up- not good! but yes, i saw this smells like teen spirit one- so scary. i cant remember wat kurt says, but backwards its damn werid. u guys probably dun like my chemical romance, but there was a good one there, too.

Well there was a site that use to tell you whether it was intentional or not, I do remember it saying the Queen one wasn't and nether was Led Zeppelin. Most are not intentional, but a few are. I tried to go to the site but its not working now for me. : www.backmasking.com

Supposedly a Beatles album had a back-masking deal and you could hear someone say "Paul is dead", or something like that when you turned the album backwards on your record player. When asked about it, the Beatles said "Do you know how much it would cost do do such a thing". I don't think Led Zeppelin ever purposely did it either, as they did all they could to save money and keep every dime they took in. My $0.02.

haha i read that jimmy page was called "lead wallet" cus of that. but then i also read they left $100 bills laying around airplanes that they snorted coke and whatnot out of...i don't think you can really believe any biographies about led zeppelin though, what with the mudshark/vagina incident and all. hahahaha
