I love my music very much but personally I have a very spiritual feeling whenever I listen to their music. I can't explain it....am I alone in this?

No you're definitely not alone in feeling that. Their music really has the ability to take me beyond myself. I know it sounds cheesy, but it can really transport me to a far away place or emotional/spiritual state. Especially songs like Milk, Trani, Arizona, The Runner, Trunk...even Knocked Up and Charmer (really most songs off BOTT can do that to me which is why the album impresses me so). These songs are just so well-crafted and every element is perfect harmony that they sort of just wash over you and make you feel....oh like...I don't know it's hard to explain...

I'm not a very "Spiritual" person. I do have a talent though. I know good music when I hear it. At this time tomorrow, I'll be half an hour from 1st Avenue in MPLS on my way to "hear" good music by KOL. Yipee kai-yay..................mofo.....

If you do look at this from a spiritual level, I feel their music is very "annointed", if you will. I think any faith-based music has the ability to draw you into it...be it Kings of Leon ( a godly band) or marilyn manson ( a...devil band? lol) I guess I'm saying spiritual music really sets the mood and gets you into it.

Spirituality is always confused with religion. My friend said it best when I introduced him more to them yesterday "i've never been more inspired in my entire life"
I own a ernesto guevara shirt, I mean Che(with knowing about him instead of being an idiot who just wears it because of rage)

ASH or Y&YM for shizzle... off to bed i go (oh its funny how sleep becomes so beautiful wen u r in ur senior years of high school)...here comes my mp3 player.. mmm oh joyous KOL!!

From what I've read of him, (and this is undisputed) he killed many innocent people whose only crime was political dissidence. I'm not trying to be snarky, I promise! (sorry for going off topic).

Just to clear the air, I change my Avatar about every week. Sometimes I use photos of the band, sometimes photos of myself, etc. Today I chose Che. I don't fully understand what he was all about, or support what he stands for. It was simply a photo I chose to put there for a while. It will probably be changed in a few days. It wasn't my intention to offend anyone. Feel free to Smite me if I did. Thanks.

And I really am genuinely curious. It's something I've always wondered. There was no malice intended. I'm sorry if anyone took my question the wrong way!

No problem. I admit, I really don't know why people wear Che t-shirts. I doubt many of them could tell you much about Che though. They probably just thought it was a cool-looking shirt, so they bought it. The photo I used in my Avatar was cropped from a photo that was said to be one of the top 50 most influential photos of all time. I'm a part-time photographer, and used it in that respect, not in a political aspect. You now have 20 Karma, Kbstroman.

Well, for me they are also kind of a new highlight. ( spiritual) they just make very pure music. There are so many bands at this moment that i kinda like, but kol is just a bit more. And they look so good! ( that makes me spiritualy happy!)
