This is a silly question.. but I would probably say Head To Toe. But I guarantee it will change.

First it was On Call; then I got absolutely obsessed with the Trani video from Bonnaroo '04; such rawness makes the hair on my neck stand up - I just love it; now I also am liking Fans a lot. I wish there was a good video for Fans. I haven't found one yet. [Note: these choices subject to change at any time]

I've had a hard core obsessive love affair with at least half of their songs so it's hard to pick a favorite. But.......
I'll have to say MILK. Some might say that musically there isn't much to it, but it just gives me this strange uncomfortable feeling that I actually kind of like in the pit of my being. It's absolutely haunting and beautiful at the same time...The sorrow and wanting in Caleb's voice, the sex in Nathan's drumming--shit, I have to listen to it now!

I think their best is McFearless, with King of the Rodeo coming in a close second. Best of all, both songs are as good or better live than they are in the studio. When Caleb sings the verses of KOTR live rather than half-singing/half-speaking them, as he does in the studio version, it makes the song even cooler than it already is

Morning starts with True Love Way, when I try to put my tight jeans on Ragoo gives the rythem, for make up there's My Party, I put my shoes on and head for work with Black Thumbnail, McFearless, Charmer and before I have to put my iPod away there's On Call, when my work is done and I'm going home "must play" song is Fans, at home there's always something to do, cleaning the house with Camaro, ironing with Trunk and Arizona (the most played song on my iPod, don't know how ), cutting grass with Knocked Up (that's always played twice in a row), in my spare time I dedicate myself to the old stuff and before falling asleep The Runner ... wouldn't know which to choose. Here's your answer. oh yeah, old stuff "fave" list: Kings of the Rodeo, The Bucket, Taper jean girl, Red morning light, Milk and Trani.

Changes often but I have been feeling very strongly about Arizona for many months. I think it may be "the one".

I think the fact that none of us seem to agree on a favorite song, even which one we pick ourselves, is a great testament to how awesome they are. With so many other bands (even my favorite, The Libertines) fans tend to have one or two stand out songs that absolutely everyone loves more than the rest (for The Libs it's Death on the Stairs), but not with KOL...they're songs are all so great that we just can't decide.
For however, it's probably Spiral Staircase...it's just SOOOO much fun live that I can't contain myself when I hear it now.
