I think there was one popular NB cd - i worked in a CD store at time and we played it a lot!! I have since been flogged for my sins and a decent music taste chip implanted in my head - i am reborn!!  i know we have VHL here - but not on my telly - i'll vote tho, cos i think you all deserve more KOL! |

Yeah, I don't know whats with Nickelback here, I think they're a pile of shite. I think that plan sounds like a great idea, I know a lot of people hate spammers and stuff, but I'll do whatever it takes to get the kings the respect they deserve.

is that the thing in america now? Nickleback? They've been around for a few years, but they won't go away, and I can't figure it out! I don't know a soul who supports them at all.  They must have a big family buying all their records. what? those guys sell out huge venues all the time while KoL tour HOB venues. this is not a shot at the guys, moreso a shot at the culture and tastes of the youth of this country. there are very few people here with what i would call "good taste in music". these kids are force fed crap like Nickleback and JZ all day...and they buy right in. bands like that are money makers, not music makers. its a tough fact to face but bands like KoL, while AMAZING in all our minds, will never be huge over here. they will, however, have a strong and faithful fan base that can carry them for years as they put out albums full of wonderful music. those other bands will fade out when the record company tells the kids to listen to something dif., effing sheep is what most kids are. we all want to bring in new fans, and thats a great thing to do. ive introduced a ton of people to em and have 5 friends comin with me to Cleveland. spread the word, but dont fool yourself into believing that they will take the place of crap bands like Nickleback on crap stations like MTV and vh1. then again, why would you want them mixed with that crap anyway? |

nah, dont get me wrong, i'll gladly vote to get em on there. just sayin that while it will make people on here happy to see the vid it wont all of a sudden change a culture or rubbish that has taken over this country.

flooding the polls is definitely a great idea, but alto of the times they log your IP and only allow one vote per IP. so get your friends to do it to. also going into "other music" forums on other boards can defintiely help. isnt it great when the fans want to work harder than the label to get stuff done?
