Thats exactly what it means. Theres a interview/video (or several) where he mentions he says that because he has a receding hair line.
By they way....Daveb, does he have any other hair problems? or problems in general lol

It may just be an interview. I'm not sure if it was a video. But o-dusty.com has lots of videos of them. They're pretty lengthy too.

I could be wrong. But I remember reading something like Matt was really drunk one night and that resulted in Head to Toe. Pistol of Fire came from a time Nathan said it burns when he takes a piss. And Caleb has also said that he thinks Jared treats girls like shit, and that goes along with Razz.
