hi everyone! this is my first post but i have been a longtime KoL fan, so be kind so i was thinking about something the other day while looking at the itunes music store and how it says "explicit lyrics" for certain songs and i didn't really understand why for a few of them because of some of the lyrics it had explicit for the bucket - i read somewhere once that the line "You kick the bucket, I'll swing my legs" is why it is explicit (suicide?) king of the rodeo - not really sure why four kicks - not sure, maybe because it says "cock"? taper jean girl - for "cunt" milk - for the reference to swallowing cum probably slow night, so long -for "sex" maybe?? is that usually regarded as a 'bad word'? soft - for "nipple" i guess haha pistol of fire - not sure why also velvet snow - not sure razz - really not sure about this one day old blues - i guess this why i really made this thread, because this one was listed as explicit but i really can't find anything at all in it that is explicit rememo - i think it's obvious for this one so i guess i'm asking why some of these are seen as explicit and others like molly's chambers "you'll plead, you'll get down on your knees for just another taste..." which obviously alludes to oral sex, aren't explicit? any ideas? p.s sorry if anything like this has been posted before, like i said, i'm new here

I think the Explicit Lyrics/Parental Advisory is still applied to the whole album and not reconsiderd for individual tracks. To be honest I think the real reason Aha is parental advisory and YAYM wasn't is due to the lyrics being present in the cd case whereas on YAYM no-one new what they were singing till the album had been out a while. I must admidt I was sure that it was come watch the bodies roll till I got the album.
So I guess the answer is I-tunes (like anything mac theses days) is very lazy and can't be botherd assesing tracks individually. (Though they are glad to get your money and only pass a pitance back to the artistsfor an M4a that'll last 5mins)
