Sorry if this has been brought up in this forum before!! Thankyou!

i think its just the reverb your hearing... Probably. I always heard a little ring in my ears, but recetly, ever since I got my iPod, I guess I had been listening to my music too loud, especially on the streets of downtown, and I might have slightly damaged my hearing. Though I do hear incredibly well still, just the ringing seems like it's a tad big louder. I only hear it when it is quite around me, like right before I go to bed. Maybe I have a slight case of tinnitus. I don't listen to my iPod loud anymore...no louder then three (three clicks up from silence on my iPod...damn I wish it had a tiny screen for the volume) Anyway, I have not herd any weird voices on any of the tracks, sorry.

I don't think you should worry too much about that, I think everyone gets it to a certain extent, its mre to do with constant low to mid level sounds like the tv or the radio in the background (or even computer fans) your brain starts to think why as it gone so quiet and amplifies everything and if theres no noise you just get a kind of feedback. Its closer to an auditry halucination than tinitus. Though it can get freakier if you don't ere the whisteling you go on to hearing all the little sounds your body is making which can be truely terifying.

No i cant hear nothing on the jared voice thing unless you have a dirfferent copy to ever one else.
On the ringing in the ears topic (tinnitus), I got my first dose after watching the kings at my home town in newcastle. Was standing right of the stage kind of angled to my left so the speakers were 'bl-hair-ring' in my right lug lug. Since then i get it all the time. I read up on it too, and no you cant get rid of it and it usually drives you to insanity. Fact!
