I sooo wanted to go to this.
Now though, after the whole eddie veder thing, it should be successful and a lot of people might go if the word has gotten around on Seatle radio stations and stuff...

Woohoo! Just got back from the in-store. It was totally awesome. The store was packed to capacity. The only Seattle station that plays KOL had been getting the word out since last week, with promos during breaks. So yeah I would say it was sucessfull. They had some power problems and were only set to play about 5 songs, but they ended up playing a lot of Aha Shake Heartbreak and the some of the Youth and Young Manhood. It was great. Caleb kept on apologizing for the problems but it still sounded great. I got them to sign my CD but I was so shy and excited I couldn't say anything. Caleb gave me a thumbs up. I took some pictures but they are not the greatest and mostly all of Caleb. I got pushed to the side of the store by some tall people who also stood in front of me and was only able to see Caleb and sometimes Jared. I'll post them when I have time. Cheers everyone.

The crowd was great. I think some people were there because there friends dragged them there and looked to not be having such a good time. But other than that, there was a lot of dancing and head shakin'. It was awesome. I even saw a couple of 5 yeard old boys on their dad's shoulders, right in the middle. I think Caleb was trying to make them laugh, by doing funny faces. I ended up at the side of the store. I am not the strongest or tallest person around (5ft 3in) and the converse don't help any. So, I couldn't fight my way to the front. But I think I got some good shots.

And to think I was going to miss it... Notice all the tall people...I had to take the pics on my tippy toes... I am so glad you got to go! Whoo.. That is so cute that Caleb was making faces for the kids. Thank you so much for sharing you experience! Incredibly jealous. Hopefully they will make one Canadian stop...in Toronto for an in-store signing.
