I realise this is the kings of leon forum but i am curious to hear your opinions. so which is a greater band the kings or radiohead? you cant say both. you must choose one or the other. for me its no contest. supporting your answer with an explaination is encouraged.

radiohead are a far superior band to the kings of leon. that is a fact. however i can relate to the kings far easier than i ever could to radiohead. so therefore kol are the better of the two bands. that's a simplistic take on your question but sometimes i think it's all that matters.

though, saying that. there are actual reasons why i do think kol are better than radiohead. for instance, the kings have an energy and a passion to their music that i've never really (as consistently) heard in radiohead's music. they're two different bands, so it's hard to compare them. radiohead have always been obvious with their use of experimentation, whereas the kings are a lot more subtle with developing their sound. i personally prefer the subtle approach with a consistent style over somebody's self exploration through their music. the kings make music that they believe in but always with a thought for the listener. i've never really considered radiohead in that same way, they make music for themselves. it's difficult to explain it.
