big stage. big boys. big screens for faces. rah rah rah. crowd seemed warm. the sun came out for them. how approriate. listenin to the Bonnaroo set, i WISH Caleb wasn't so scared of the British fans. we don't want to eat you, honest. they were all so nervous. matthew made himself invisible. quite ingenius of him. i thought. nathan looked really nervous as well. they relaxed into it around mid-way through the set. must have realised that it was just another gig. or maybe that was there way of getting through it. jared was. uhm. loving it. why not?. well indeed. crab tattoo. new songs. played about 4/5 if memory serves me correctly. all great. it all soounded swell. the whole atmosphere was great. scary intensity. oh and they had sound problems at the begining of the set. dunno what it was all about. Oh and the version of Happy ALone that they played was one of the best i've heard. really energetic and fun. first crowd surfers came in at genius. bless. can't think of anything else. but discuss away if you were there or if you just wanna talk. btw was there only four of us fromt he forum there? it was there biggest gig i felt proud to be in the audience k*x

Yeah it was amazing . i was at the front with all the smelly oasis fans . Its annoying coz they dont even like the kings , would have been better if they just left until oasis were on. But wooo yeah it was the best!

it was amazing... we were quite near the front so it was hard to get an idea of the size of the crowd but looking from that stage, no wonder they were notice, there was nearly as many people there as there was for oasis. i think by halfway through the set they really got into it though, the standout songs for my me would have been red morning light coz even the oasis fans sang, soft because it was only the 3rd time i had heard it and i love it, and happy alone coz as kylie said it was quite amazing. i hope they know what they'll be letting themselves in for next time they tour here, its going to be insane x
oh and just got a text from sel who said t in the park was amazing... i'm just about to go and watch the tv footage

totally random thing to say but;
did anyone spot Nathan's rebellious stance? on his bass drum, despite the 'KOL'S BIGGEST UK GIG' tag, he taped on to the front of it KOL haha no more with the glossy purdy cherries from the winter dance tour. i just thought it said something, a cool something.
