Hello Board As Fook Users , This would count as my 2nd only post on the board, I know , I should post more often, I'm always "in & out". But after reading Happyalone's latest "2nd album tracklisting", I just had to post. If your wondering, given their amazing debut album, The Kings have been really well-received by American fans like me, and it is really good news they are releasing a new album so early. I mean, really good music from the record labels is VERY RARE these days, but the labels have been smart enough to sign some AMAZING new bands that will produce consistantly great albums, like for example: The Secret Machines, Keane, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, & StellaStarr* among the most notable. Sorry for that little digression from the topic at hand, I just like to plug new music that will make a big impact ;-). Anyhoo, the tracklisting for the new Kings album is this: The provisional tracklist is as follows: Taper Jean Girl, The Bucket, King of the Rodeo, Still Nights So Long, 4 Kicks, Pistol of Fire, Velvet Snow, Soft, Where Nobody Goes, Head to Toe, Rememo, Razz, Dale Blues, Milk. Man, I just get goosebumps reading all the new song titles...hehe ! Hopefully this new album will really kick down the music magazine & fans ears and will make more people dig their amazing sound ;-)! Thanks for listening, and mad props to Sarah & her sister for maintaining this only Kings fansite on the net ;-)! Peace and take care! Sincerely, JamiroFan2000

Hello Carrie! To answer your question, The Happyalone newsitem about the NME article says the 2nd Kings of Leon album is slated for a UK release date of sometime in September 2004! Whoopee ! If you couldn't tell my humongous banner at the bottom of my posts, I'm a BIG Jamiroquai fan, I have followed their 5 albums worth of music for over +12 years, and it's been confirmed that their 6th album is also coming out in Sept.! :-) I'm so happy, I could..do "four kicks" with a "pistol of fire" while I drop "The bucket" from "head to toe" in the "soft" "velvet snow" that covers the "still nights so long" staring at the "tape jean girl" surffering from "dale blues" due to not drinking her "milk". LOL...man sometimes I can be clever..Peace! Sincerely, JamiroFan2000

They played "4 kicks", "Soft", "Pistol of fire" [I'm not sure if they played this one, I have to check on the set list] and "Razz" in Rock in Rio and I can tell you that those are some great songs!

yeah jamiro, I like people, who always stay behind their favourite bands, like every time, good or bad I hate it, when people JUST ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS like band who are in the charts (playing dumb pop-stuff, which is really annoying), say that they love the bands like nothing else and after two weeks (when the songs not in the charts anymore) they don't even know what the band's name was. I can't say, that I like a band since 14 years, because I wasn't really interested in musid then. I guess I was more like "hey, wanna see the sesame street" I don't have a CD of them, but I'll ask some friends, If they're your favourite band, they can't be too bad, huh? but now I need to listen to Jet (I got the CD yesterday and I'm so happy!!) °carrie

If you havent read this already...... tennessean.com/entertainment/music/bonnaroo/archives/04/05/52273596.shtml''When the summer was over, I was in Nashville and it was time for school again, and Mom said, 'You're not coming back for school, are you?' '' Matthew said. ''I was like, 'No, I don't think so.' '' A month later, he turned 18 as a member of Kings of Leon (''Leon'' is the brothers' father). That is soo awesome lol Caleb quit smoking for this album, leaving the other guys to joke that his smoother voice will make them the Kings of Celine Dion, and all parties seem cognizant that there's something more going on here in West Hollywood than party time. Lol heheheehe

Hello Boards of Fook, ;-) WOW, thanks to all the boarders for the lovely comments, how nice ;-)! In regards to Carrie's comments, we two think alike, your absolutely right about it, that's the biggest problem that plagues both American radio and American music fans in general. I'm one of the rare few American fans who can be considered consistant on his musical tastes and bands I dig, ;-) believe you will love the music of Jamiroquai Carrie, if I make one little suggestion, check one of the first 2 Jamiroquai albums if you really want to hear the full embodiment of their music: 1993's "Emergency On Planet Earth" & 1995's "Return of the Space Cowboy" ;-)! Here are the covers of the albums to make it easier for you too ;-): There you go Carrie, one my biggest joys is helping others discover new music, I hope you enjoy their music as much as I have ;-). In regards to Sel's comments to my avator, ;-) hehe thank you ;-), I'm a big "The Office" fan, David Brent is like a carboncopy of me literally, cracking bad jokes all the times, difference being, I land some good ones. :-) Thanks to you all for making me feel so at home, really appreciate it ;-), see you all again real soon ;-)! Peace! Your friendly neighborhood Jam & kings fan, JamiroFan2000
