Hi. I went to a Kings of Leon concert yesterday night in Cologne, Germany. It was awesome! They totally rocked!! I was in the first row and lucky as I am I caught one of Calebs plectrums!! Yay!  And since it was so cool I was wondering where I could get live recordings of KOL? Where can I buy or even better download bootlegs of live shows and things like that? Does anyone know? Or is it not allowed to talk about these things here? Anyway I hope to here from somebody soon. See ya |

hey, I was there too! Where did you stand? My place was in the first row right in front of Jared at the left. The new songs were really great, but I don't know where to get them either. (Especially the screming Jared-song..) My friend got a drumstick and I got the setlist, jared's vittel bottle(I only saw him frinking beer) and they signed our posters. We were waiting for maybe 20 minutes and they came outside and were so normal and nice. Only Nathan seemed a bit drunk with his Jack Daniels und his arm. I've never met such a lovely band. I think, there's anything between Jared and the supporting act Regina Spector...
Got to see them again very soon!!!

hey, it sounds like you two had a really good time, i'm dying to see them next month. i don't mind people talking about bootlegs or whatever on here its fine. i'm not sure where you'll find any though... the only live recordings i've been able to het hold of are from bsides on singles or tv performances, i'll send you some of them on mp3 if you like?

aww thankyou. i've got quite a lot of kol video and dvd stuff (mtv appearances, jools holland, promo stuff and videos) and i'll eventually get round to putting it all onto one tape. i'll let you know when i do if you want a copy?
what were the new songs like? i'm dying to hear them.

Very cool! I especially liked one song, I think it was called "Soft" but I'm not sure. It was a slower song like a ballad.
Have you seen them live before?

I´m the friend with the purple shirt! :-) And I got ine of Nathan´s sticks :-) and we met the guys after their gig and they were really friendly, nice boys :-)
