Hey you guys! I am a new poster here. I am sorry if this has been cleared up before but i was wondering what happened to the Remix album that KOL was supposed to release in 2009? I read this a few years back
As their stars continue to rise in the States, Nashville rockers Kings of Leon have announced that they’re releasing a remix album in the coming months, featuring interpretations of their tunes by Justin Timberlake, Linkin Park, Pharrell, Mark Ronson and Lykke Li.
“It’s neat to have these people who we would’ve jumped at the chance to work with ourselves…coming to us before we even get a chance to ask them,” drummer Nathan Followill told Billboard.com.
I was just wondering what happened?

This topic has indeed been discussed multiple times (it's always useful to do a little reading & searching on the forum before posting a new [duplicate] thread).
No-one's heard of it anymore, which may be due to the majority of fans on here & the official forum not liking the idea a single bit and wouldn't buy it. No use in putting out something that even hardcore fans don't want.
