^ now there's a new fashion trend I'd like to see, flanel over leather jackets.

now I'm not going to be able to make it to bonnaroo this year, but if anyone is able to stop by in Nashville and wants to meet for coffee or something...by all means let me know.

NikNorrisLovesLeb thanks for the feedback!!
There are some other acts I don't want to miss by spending ALL day waiting in one spot....buuuuuuut...KOL is the whole reason that got me to drive to TN in the first place, so they should be top priority!
i am SO excited. can it be June 10th already pleeeeease!?!?

I did read about it as well, but i also read about shuttles. That there are remote parking lots, and shuttles deliver you to the filed/park/venue. Everyone up for a 2-3 mile walk in the searing TN heat? it makes camping seem like a good option!

^mmm, i'll let you know if thats true after 4 nights sleeping on hard ground TANK TOPS? as if!!!! Wishful thinking, my friend. I expect layers, on top of layers, leather jackets covered by flannel. Hey, if I have to expose my pasty bingo wings to the world I dont see why those boys cant offer us some sweaty guns and I know nobody here knows me but I'll be hanging out in Nashville for a bit too and am up for meeting anyone new as well (am fairly well behaved and only slightly weird ) 43 days to go...

Just slightly weird? How disappointing. i m always up for meeting new ppl, so we'll have to see how the schedule is looking. we re staying half way between Nash and Manchester. But i m hoping we'll get out to Nash one of the days.

so... everyone i tell that i'm going to bonnaroo tells me i'm a fucking dumbass for not camping. apparently traffic is so bad that even with the shuttles i'm going to miss most of the music. i'm starting to really stress about this

Ugh, i m a camper, but the whole idea just seems sick and gross to me. I dont know.
Gotta ask my chicks and see what they think.

Definitely camp! Its so much fun when night turns into morning and you're still drunk and watching the sun come up with a bunch of random strangers

By the looks of it, Friday is the worst day. Bands dont start playing till later on Thur and people arrive throughout the day. But they also say the earlier you arrive the later u'll get in.
There is also talk of some Walmart parking lot where u can just park, and walk a mile or two and bypass the whole madness.
Number of opinions=number of people.

camping is half the experience! i've heard that everyone is so friendly and fun and it's one big party! i can't wait!
though i would advise anyone going to read through the bonnaroo.com message board and also inforoo.com messageboards, they are extremely helpful. it's best to know what you're getting in to.

Behindthefringe, you will have zero room in your case for Nashy essentials if you take all that stuff!
At least if you take the stuff, I can nick it, hehe
