Oooooooh excellent, I hope I can work it out to go. I was looking at flights and its a bit of a nightmare so may not be able to!!
Are there any airports outside London that I could fly to and get train to London thats easy enough??

Schnucs I looked at flights last night (in a fit of madness I decided I wanted to go!), and with Aer Lingus it was only 85 quid return to Gatwick.

I think I may have to go from Shannon, not sure  If I get a ticket that is!! Dan, a helicopter isnt a bad idea I've done the lotto for tonite so if I win that then ill do it for sure & ill collect all HA'ers on the way |

Thought this might be useful for anyone worried about their seats in blocks 114 & 118. Our view from Block 114, Row V, Seats 424 & 425 – just in case anyone was unsure about the “rear view” seats – I thought they were excellent (we were there on 15th Jun 09) Slightly zoomed in (before Glasvegas came on) …  More accurate during the concert …  Also, you can see them clearly going on and off the stage – slightly zoomed in vid … www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykXTBgtnZXQ |

Claire you are mad, in a very good way £150 is about the cheapest price I can find too – its ridiculous. I dunno why I still look as work pretty much told me I can’t get the time off anyway! |

it was £88 plus about £20 in various charges but it was on getmein.com which is owned by ticketmaster and so its kosher and u are guaranteed not to be ripped off!!! I was following one on ebay and it sold for £70 but I had to leave right before the end so I was outbid, but that was really good! The closer the time gets the better it will be, Im just really bad at waiting, have to book flights now and be ripped off again but at least I can stay with my bro and Im gonna live on water and porridge for the next month  |
