I think the grammys are actually at 5pm LA time, so that they can show them at 8pm on the east coast. If it were 8pm LA time, they would be at 11 on the east coast, and then no one would watch! (not that anyone really does anyway...haha)
i think if the show starts at 5, then the preshow probably starts around 4? maybe a bit earlier?

I so hope 'E' do the Live from the Red Carpet thing but knowing them they'll only cover the 'big' stars and the real stars (KOL!) won't get a look in.

lol thanks Ruth Okay so i know personally I freak out when I see or hear KOL on U.S tv or radio, so I am super excited about this: The 51st Annual Grammy Awards will air Sunday on CBS, locally at 7 p.m. on Channel 4.

I know I got really excited!! I was going to have a night \with my mom and promised her dinner and a rented movie, I may have her watch some of this with me, it might convince her to donate something to my quest for Oxegen 2009 and she already really loved "used somebody".

I will be there at Staples Center...as close as I can get to the red carpet. I have made signs that say: "Kings of Leon Rule the Grammys!", and I may get two friends to come help me scream our support as they sa-shay down that red carpet. Then I have to high-tail it home to catch the show on tv! Can't wait!!!
