Sometimes I miss New York, it was fun seeing all the sights and famous people and such for 6 years. But I'm glad to be home. I'm glad I had the opportunity to live there and experience it.

Sometimes I miss New York, it was fun seeing all the sights and famous people and such for 6 years. But I'm glad to be home. I'm glad I had the opportunity to live there and experience it. I live in Maryland/DC area and after living in the same area for 15 years, it's time to bounce. I don't think I'd go to New York, even if I do have family up there simply cuz of the weather. I can get coldness right where I'm at. Back to the Kings and the Grammys though...I really do hope they'd win. Maybe it would inspire them? |

oh man, i really really really hope they win one too. i haven't watched the grammys in ages either but now i'll be glued to the tv screen five hours before the show starts so i can watch the red carpet preshow stuff. hopefully they'll give them some tv time on the red carpet. i'm hoping for either tight fitted dark/black jeans and some layered tops or not and a tie or not. and boots boots boots. that's my guess.  and i kind of think jared would be too giddy and spastic to say anything, but those may be the actual reasons for him to speak a lot. |

I cant see them wearing tuxes but I reckon they'll go with smart suits with a rock star twist  I soooooooooooooooooo badly wanna live in NYC for at least a year, I have applied for visa so fingers crossed, unlikely though!! I have moved home to a small town recently from Dublin and there are no gigs, no cinema (nearest one 35 miles away)  |

I want Matt dressed in black and white,shirt unbuttoned at least 3,of course,and i think we'll see no shortage of his beautiful smile and dimples! If they win,i won't expect him to talk much though. OMG i forgot i wasnt in the Matt thread anymore! *hits self in head* LOL God i'm too obsessed with him
So yeah i hope they win at least one of their categories,or there is seriously no justice in this world!!!

yeah i moved from a small town in pennsylvania to minneapolis and i was in concert heaven!!!! and my sis is so lucky, she got into NYU and she calls me like everyday saying what famous person she saw that day concert heaven,are you in the same Minnesota i am? lol hell my last show was October and my next one won't be til May!  |

happyaloner MOJOGRL asked me if i would be interested in going to the red-carpet stands where fans cheer for their favorite Grammy nominees. i really really wanna go! but i dunno...i'd just be getting back from NYC so it might make me more nostalgic than excited to see them all dressed up for the grammys.... I need someone else who is a huge fan to be there with me...otherwise I'll be screaming my head off all by myself...but at least they will know there's at least ONE hardcore, pre-SOF-fan out there in that crowd rootin' for them. BTW, I was at a record store last night (Amoeba records in Hollywood) and Carl Barat showed up, so people were lining up to get their picture taken with him -girls AND guys. He was very polite and obliged everyone who asked. He's quite the photo-poser too...he may have had modeling lessons from Jared! |

heh heh heh i loves london. so many great things happen here most of my experiences in this lovely town have been quite bizzarre... usually they involve getting lost [even though I've lived here my whole life], and getting shouted at/felt up by random people. I'd never wanna leave though. ha they better win something, if not it'll prove that people just don't appreciate real talent any more! |

I have seen bands come up out of nowhere and take the win,the whole country was in an uproar one year when Jethro Tull won best rock band when it should have clearly been this other one that i cant remember...so,ya just never know! KOL might get a big surprise!  |

Hmm they'll probs dress up a bit...Cos the Kings are a lil obsessive over their clothes, but I don't think a tux is very much their look, so perhaps not. But like a suit jacket with tight jeans is pretty formal...Or could be xDD
