Claire sweetie, hope you're ok - you don't seem to be here so much lately. Thinking of chicken, you know I don't think the battle of the chicken was ever fully resolved ( I would say that cos it looked like I was losing ) - jumping out of the bathroom window covered in honey mustard clutching two chickens does not constitute a win. Especially when I know you landed awkwardly, slipped on the mustard and knocked yourself out just as I yanked the front door open. I would call that a lose. LMFAO!! I had totally forgotten about that......................hmmmm, does it count as a win when Matthew found me, gave me the kiss of life, during which time he fell under my love spell and now only has eyes for me and the lovely chickens I am rearing out the back garden!! Come to think of it he spends an awful lot of time outside looking at those chickens.......................................................................................... Ps Im fine thanks, have had a flu and headaches etc but feeling much better now

Ps Im fine thanks, have had a flu and headaches etc but feeling much better now haha - I can just imagine Matt and a coop of chickens! But no, it's not a win - it's not a win until it's a win for me and you are clearly suffering from the effects of that head injury - the concussion must be more serious than we knew. What happened was I yanked the door open in just enough time to drag your unconcious body back into the house, roll it up in the hall rug and stuff you and the rug int othe cupboard under the stairs. With moments to spare. Matt was immeadiately taken (in) by my alluring charms, and only momentarily distracted by the lingering smell of honey mustard and the muffled noises coming from under the stairs as we went up to the bedroom and the start of our beautiful relationship *fade and cue string orchestra because I'm classy and discrete like that* I think that's a win for me. One thing you have got right though - he sure is spending a lot of time outside with the chickens.................... PS Glad your much better - unfortunately I'm not to good with another flu-y bug. Who would guess that I'm really very bored today and have too much time on my hands!

But as soon as Matt got upstairs he knew something was not right.......he excused himself and followed the wonderful honey mustard scent. To his delight he found me smothered in it AND still holding southern fried chicken!! Quickly forgetting what was about to happen upstairs, Matt stared into my eyes, took me in his amazingly strong arms as gently as he would his guitar and carried me to his Corvette V06 and brought me to his place all the while declaring I am clearly the one for him.............once home someone needed to lick the honey mustard off, lets just say Matt didn't need to be asked twice I WIN!!! :-p

Ok YOU WIN!!!!!!!!!! I'm throwing in the towel - you win the battle of the chicken. I can't think of anything you wouldn't be able to scheme your way round short of killing you. (Don't think I haven't been practicising on the chickens.) I just came to the conclusion that if Matt is prepared to live with your head to toe mustard induced rash, then who am I to cast you asunder? But you know you will never be able to completely trust him, you will always be afraid that he will leave you for a woman with bigger chickens than you. Is that the life you really want? And he really does spend an awful lot of time outside with those chickens..................... Edit : sorry Laura - yes tis Mandy, don't worry i don't mind which you call me by. ok, i'm done
