I am pretty sure it is a reference to Kate Moss..cause she is pretty famous for wearing skinny leg jeans. Or is it another song which is about her?

or as i always thought, cause i think i read it somewhere, isn't it sort of about their female fans? dunno why i'm asking as no one else knows. lol. it's a strange song, lyrically, it really could be about anything. there songs seem to talk about five different things at once anyway, which i like, but does make questions like these rather complicated to answer. hum.

i always figured it was about groupies. kinda thought 'motel face' referred to all the girls they hooked up with in hotels on tour.

MODEL face, not motel. Taper Jeans are indeed jeans that are a little on the skinny side. Model face, no makeup, etc. They DON'T need groupie makeup to look good.
These are good looking girls, probably a bit full of themselves, conceited, etc. IN an interview (I might still have the audio somewehre) Caleb spoke of the "I think he's tasted.... tasted the watcher" bit.
That was a girl hanging around that Nathan had apparently "tasted" but she was still there, or there the next day, then next gig, something like that.
