I think !7 is a really really good song, and prob one of the few on the album that sounds like thier older stuff, lyrically and the vibe of it (wasnt it supposed to be on ASH?), but yep i agree the bells are completely f**king unnecessary. I LOVE notion, but i agree with whoever said it was slight. (but calebs only scream on the album overrides this for me  ) And while i really like be somebody, the idea behind it kinda f**ks me off. Its like i love ya Caleb but get over yourself  |

oh god i LOVE it. The lyrics are old style caleb, and the music (spec young jared on the bass) just ROCKS!! But it saddens me they'll prob never play it live  |

What you need to do Mon is:
A) Start a petition
and/or
B) Convince Daddy Followill to like it and then make sure he attends the gigs you are going to!!

I do think Crawl would be a perfect single but I can't see them releasing it after making it a free download and then that was the free download from the Maida Vale session too. It was like they used Crawl as the bait for this album, I think that kinda devalues its potential as a single release... And the reason it was listed with Sex On Fire and Use Somebody was because of the free download thing, it was a well known KOL song before Sex On Fire...

its hard to see an of the remaining album tracks that would be good enuff for a uk single? with the sucess of sof and use\somebody, i really cant c them releasing anything other than Revelry or Closer. cant c them releasing i want you, crawls had it,
whats it saying on the cd ... hang on ...
on the cd album versions it say" includes the singles SOF, Crawl & Use Somebody" so maybe they will just leave it at that?

 Be Somebody's one of my favourites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But 17 sucks... well it might have been alright if they didn't have the Christmas bells envolved. Every time I hear those bells they remind me of that Asda Christmas advert. "We're ringing out the low prices this Christmas at Asda". Ding, dong, ding, dong. Hehe. And I frickin' love Be Somebody. The bass line kills me. |

The bass line kills me. Haha I met a girl at the Kings show a last month who didn't really know much of their music but was getting into them and she was asking me what songs should she listen to, so I started naming off my favorites and she went "ok I'll listen to those. I've only really heard that Christmas song though." And at first I just went "what the hell?" until she said 'the one with the bells' and I just died laughing. I really like 17 though if they just cut that those first 20 seconds! And the chorus isn't my favorite but I LOVE the way Caleb sings it and Jared's bass line is awesome. I'm still crossing my fingers that Closer or I Want will be the next single! |

I don't think they're gonna release anyomore, especially not another video....
last album had On Call and Charmer videos and then Fans with no video...
this album Sex on Fire and Use Somebody videos and Crawl with no video/download..... not a proper single though at the same time.
they may put out another but I don't think there will be a video at least, and if they do I think it would be Manhatten and if not, then notion. Be Somebody would have been a good contender only the title is very much like, well, the last one which looks a tad funny.

^ I think they might do because this album has been commercially bigger than the others have. The people who like this album, and this album only, will want music videos.

It might get on the music channels at some point, or they might do another video.
Use somebody is number 2 in the singles chart so they might wanna keep that kind of success going.
It depends on the band really. Some people won't stay interested if they don't release more singles/videos. It depends if they want to please those people.
