Then I turned and saw Nathan. My heart dropped, he is so gorgeous!! He actually looked pretty tall, and is pretty big...Okay bottom line, he is THE NICEST GUY IN THE WORLD. And I'm not exaggerating. He came out and was in such a great mood and being so nice to everyone, and chatting and stuff. He has a camcorder in his hand and was filming all of us. I was so shocked and in awe of him but I managed to sum up the courage to talk to him. He was holding a beer in his free hand so I said "do you have a hand to sign my ticket?" and he enthusiastically said "yeah!" so I held the ticket for him and he signed it. He goes "this is being documented, these are memories!" with the camera angled at me. I said "oh, I wondered why you were filming!" Then I asked if I could have a picture and again he said "sure!" really happily. I leaned in a little bit, but he grabbed my shoulder and brought me in really close, which was nice! Yeah, he is definitely the warmest and sweetest of them all. wait...Nathan had a camcorder with him and was taping? And by "us" do you mean all of us that were crazy enough to wait outside for him or those of you who got to talk to him...since I didn't get to speak to him before he got on the bus. He's still one of the nicest guys I've had the pleasure of meeting. All of them are. Aw, and I thought Jared was super nice. I talked to him for awhile and he was really sweet.

I dunno, he seemed kinda distant. Yeah Nathan was just filming the people that talked to him! It was funny, he would be angling the camera at the person while he was signing their stuff and talking to them.

Also, I will share one little embarrassing story that was mentioned last night while I was talking to Caleb.
Okay, so back in the day at my very first Kings of Leon show at the Ryman (2005). My friend Rachael and I made these silly "Queens of Leon" crowns. I had also made myself a homemade t-shirt by getting a plain white shirt and with paint pens wrote Kings of Leon on the very front of my shirt and then all over the rest of the shirt I wrote out all of their songs from Youth & Young Manhood & Aha Shake Heartbreak. So when we walked into the Ryman I had a guy with a camera tell me he liked my shirt. I told him thank you and that it was a really last minute idea. Then he told us he liked our crowns and wanted to know if we would talk to him on camera for a few minutes. I can't remember what all he asked us, but he did ask us what some of our favorite bands where, etc.
Well, last night in Louisville I was standing around talking to Caleb when out of nowhere he asks me. "Were you at our first Ryman show?" I told him I didn't know, maybe. He said "because we were looking back at some footage we've taken at past shows and came across the Ryman show and saw a girl that looked just like you. She had a Kings of Leon t-shirt on and was talking about how one of her favorite bands to listen to was Led Zeppelin." I froze in my tracks as I looked up at Caleb and said "oh my god! Yes, that was me!! That was my very first Kings of Leon show, too. So, needless to say there's a really good chance if they ever put out this dvd that I'll be on it! How embarrassing!

That is not embarrassing!! Just the fact that you are able to have full-on conversations with him outweighs anything else.
Plus that story shows how big of a fan you are

haha. I guess.
Ah well, I've made myself out to be a fool at most of their shows and my only concern at the end of the day is that it made them smile/laugh and get into the show a little more.

Well I'm kind of embarrassed of how I acted around Caleb, I mean he is kind of intimidating so I was stunned silent! And I didn't put my arm around him for the picture, so he didn't either. that's the only thing I'm a little upset about

I have to be sure to try and remember telling him about his nooglers. So how tall would you estimate they all are?

Hmm well I didn't notice if they were wearing boots but I'm sure they were, so I'd say that Nathan was about 5'11, and Caleb 5'10. Jared was probably 5'8 or 5'9...leaning more toward 5'9. I just can't believe how teeny tiny they are, especially Jared. Nathan was .. not small though

Aww, that's cute. They're all still taller than me by a long shot though so that's cute. And I totally had a dream about meeting Jared too.

I don't know, Jared just didn't come off as nice to me. I felt like I should keep my distance, so I kind of avoided him. But I dunno, Michelle thinks he is nice, so maybe it was just me
