Sex on Fire is on Now 71 album!!! No doubt someone (or many) will say how awful this is cause the "Now" albums are mainstream blah, blah, blah, but fuck it, SOF is a pop song on a pop album so what, GO KINGS!!!!!!

Pop as in popular and not as in genre? Because I don't believe Sex on Fire could qualify as pop genre song. I guess you could make a case that it's a pop-rock song, but even then the chord structure isn't what is usually classified as pop-rock.
I have no problem with it being on the new Now! album though - that means at least they'll be one good song on it.

It's not a pop genre album, it just takes all the chart hits from the year regardless of genre - whether it be pop, rock, hip-hop, etc.
Y'know, I often wonder how different it would have been if Sex on Fire had been on ASH, and hadn't been number 1. How would we fans look at the song?

Is this their first time on one of these releases? Hmmm, I'd have thought Fans would have been on last years one, or at least on the Irish version of 'Now!'........is their on Irish version?

I think it was inevitable that would happen seeing as SOF was a number one hit!
Those 'Now Blah' CDs are absolute torture though. They make me physically sick.

Lol I noticed that it was on yesterday when an advert came on. My first reaction was 'Oh dear' but it was predictable really, its one of the biggest songs of the year.
The only other song I can ever imagine would have had a chance of being on would have been fans, it was on the CD at my work and you would think that was terrible to if you heard the other stuff they put on it!
