Anyone else going to the show at the Rave in Milwaukee November 5th?? Here I am in old La Crosse, Wisconsin, a poor college student without a definite way of getting there... I have my ticket but my ride backed out! Ahhh but as a back up my friend offered to let me drive his car. I am just waaay afraid of driving 4 hours alone in places I have never been before. I haven't broken the countdown into hours yet, but that will happen soon enough. Also... I don't mind whatever they play as long as it includes Trani. A performance similar to Bonaroo '04 would be nice to go along with it.

I'll be there! I'm going with 3 other friends. I'm very sorry about your ride, and I don't blame you I'd be terrified, and I think it would even make me not go... but I believe in you! If that helps? I'd help you out with directions, but I've never came into Milwaukee from the West.
After seeing they didn't play Trani in Austin I'm pretty disappointed... but I am happy that they're playing Frontier City, after all it's not often you get to hear songs that aren't on albums. In addition to Trani I'd like to hear Arizona, or anything from YAYM.
Anyways, best of luck ricetree!

how early should one show up in order to guarantee first row in general admission..? mind you this is america, so the kings aren't like superstars (thank god) and that could change the amount of time i have to wait. if the show's at 7, i want to get there around 4... sound reasonable?

Why isn't this show sold out??

pfft, how would I know? It's a shame, sort of. I don't really want a bunch of annoying teen and pre-teen girls annoying the fuck outta me, so if I can avoid them by having it not be sold out then I'll take it.

I don't know if the show was sold out or not, but I just found this video on youtube and the crowd looks fucking awesome and the band sounds great. Looks like it was a good show. So way to go Milwaukee. By the way, you should all watch this cause the quality's great and they sound awesome. I love when people start exploding right after Matt's solo And also in this vieo's comments (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5HxXi4tPUE) Caleb apparently said this could have been the wildest crowd of the tour.. Cool.

Yes, it was amazing. I've never seen the milwaukee crowd that good. I was right up front on the left by Matt, and Nacho haha. I made the point of yelling extremely loud at the start of every one of Matt's solos. In addition, I can pretty much confirm that Caleb was for Obama. He made some comments about a lot of big things happening the day before the show, so I can only assume. Best thing about it was when Caleb said somehting along the lines of it feels so good to finally make it in America and they're happy we finally are realizing that they're an American band. It was easily the best concert I've been to... only would've been better if they played Trani ahha

Yeah, there's a picture of him from last weekend wearing an Obama pin, he was definitely for Obama.
