Has anyone received any email updates from the fan club yet? I read on here that they've added new tour dates, but I've never received an email about it from the fan club.
I would think that news would merit an email, don't you?

I recieved an email about the presale tickets for the 2 new shows in the UK not anywhere else, I think thats because I have registered as a UK user???!!?? |

I've been getting updated emails from them but I was getting these before the whole fanclub thing.
I think I registered to get updates on either their site, or on their myspace.
I don't think we'll get much from the fanclub until we have to pay.

I'm in the fan club too But it doesn't seem so great yet...maybe just cause they're on tour and everything. Aw I hope GA for shows doesn't go away too soon, it's always much more personal and fun that way |

I havent had any Fan club emails yet n iv been a member since it started
and a tour has been announced in my country so i expected sumthing from it then but instead i found out from the touring company who im also a member of
but they had a shit presale with very few tickets
I bet the KOL run pre-sale would be better with the best seats going to members

My husband has some kind of RSS feed on his computer and even he got an update about the new tour dates.
Why must kingsofleon.com do everything so half-assed???

okay so i joined the fan club...and i'm happy because it's like *knows stuff before anyone else does* but it's just so full of rules and regualtions and stuff and it's kinda like *eh?!* even though it's great, it's nowhere near as awesome as HA

^^So far the fan club has been pretty meaningless. Not even an email about the Grammy nominations!! I even signed up to get updates from the website, but haven't gotten anything from that either. My husband set me up to get an RSS feed for KOL, so now if one of them farts...... I will know about it!!! But you're right, HA is the best source.  (And this will officially be my last bitchfest about the fan club...I promise) |
