Two questions, if people have been here before
is there that stupid rule where you have to enter through certain doors? I can't see anything on my ticket so I just presume you can go through whatever?
and also, do they make you swap your ticket for a wristband for standing? cos I know they do at Wembley?

You can go through whichever door you like but there will be different queues for standing/seating because of the wristbands, which answers your second question. I've been there 4/5 times and only once has my ticket been 'swapped' though, for Oasis, each other time I have retained it. I will kick someone's face in if they bin my ticket right infront of me again like they did my Oasis one  |

Ah thank you! So there is specific queues then? Do we get told which one to queue at? Or does it not matter? Sorry there was just such a mess at Brighton I don't want to go through all that again!

Yeah sorry if that wasn't clear. At each entrance there will be 4 ticket collectors, 2 on the left side will be standing, and 2 on the right will be seating.. I think. You should be directed to the right place anyway.
You can get through any entrance with a standing/seating ticket though. Just when you're inside you'll have to go downstairs to get to the standing, which is why you need a wristband.

Thank you Tom! At Brighton it was such a mess, and when I finally got to the doors to actually get into the hall they told me my wristband was too loose! So I had to run back and get another, it was soul destroying.
24 hours!!!!

thanks I just nearly had a heartattack though!!! disaster has struck!! my friggin car has broke!! and for a while it seemed like i wouldnt have a car to get there in tonight, but fortunately i work for a car garage so they can loan me a car for a cpl of days Otherwise i would be crying into my keyboard right now!! |
