I wasn't able to pick up OBTN until late yesterday afternoon. I've played it through three times and this is my conclusion.

My favorite track is Notion.
My least favorite track is 17.
My second least favorite track is Closer.
The rest of the tracks are all good, and overall this is my second favorite KOL cd. Y&YM is still #1 for me.

All of us have different tastes in music, and it's nice to see that all of the bands tracks seem to be liked by some people. I don't think they've put out a "bad" song yet, there's just some that are liked more than others.

Anyway, it's 6am and I'm off to go fishing. I've got an hour drive to the lake to give OBTN more playing time. Later.

I agree with you to a large extent; however, I believe there is one bad song. Charmer still sucks and is the only bad kings of leon song. I tell my fiancee that this KOL record is the second best one, but she always tell me, "it's because it's so new, that's why you're so excited." Maybe she's right, I'll see what I think when it settles in.

I love this album but in a different way to the others :/ I can't explain it because I don't even understand it myself lol.

I don't think they have a bad song, just some aren't as good as others.

My favourite song on this album is probably Manhattan or revelry
I don't know what order I'd put the albums in other than Youth and Young Manhood is my definite favourite! I like them all for different reasons.

I think whats a bad song to some people isn't to others, it depends on if you like the song or not.

But I think a "bad" song in the context of the first post in this thread is a song that nobody seems to like. I don't know if that makes sense?
That's how I understood it anyway.

I would freak if they ever played it live, which they won't. In my opinion the b-sides are some of there best work. I think this album will stand up to scrutiny and when we look back on it, it'll be hard to say that it wasn't good or one of there bests. Its hard to rank it because KOL rarely puts out a bad song.

I have to say, I never got that vibe from that song but that could be because I am not completely familiar with too many robot chickens!!

I pretty much agree with MBT. Although, I absolutely love Closer.

i wouldn't say the robot chicken part of my third house is my favorite, I like the calm lead guitar work by Matthew the most.
