They haven't been playing Arizona or Manhattan for a while No McFearless either actually. It was so amazing though, I did miss the feel of being front row but it was nice to be able to breathe, I can't believe what the crowd looks like from above though, to think I have actually survived that is pretty cool haha

I'd love to see the crowd like that, must be how the guys see it, would look pretty cool. Any final words from them? Plans for the future?

Hey guys, Im just back!! Ended up getting to the show about 7.30 after trying to negotiate the underground, I ended up getting a taxi part of the way then jumping on a train which I realised was not supposed to stop at Wembley but it did, thank god!! Was very excited getting there, I went on my own cause my bro and his girlf were coming later (thanx to ahsarah we got the third ticket)!! Anyhoo, I met Cat and her friend right up the front, slightly stage left and it was the perfect spot but when taper jean girl started the crowd went a bit bananas and I couldnt handle it at all......im getting old I think Humongous thanks to Cat for keeping me a spot tho, just sorry I couldnt Anyhoo, I moved out to side so spent the nite on my own with the camera. I have to say I thought the corwd was a bit weird, as in not very friendly and I didnt feel the same connection with the Kings as I have other nights. I cant say what that was down to, maybe it was me, maybe it was crowd, maybe they werent as into it. They seemed to be chatting a lot, I dont know if there was something going wrong or if they were ad libbing the setlist. Matt seemed to be talking to Nacho a lot, I dont know if there was sound issues or what. That said they played amazingly but no joes head, arizona, manhattan but taper jean girl was amazing. Crawl came a lot further into the set and it was brilliant. It seemed to me that the sound was really good!!! Caleb didnt say much as compared to Glasgow and Dublin!! I dunno, they didnt seem as into it as before....but they played brilliantly all the same. I didnt stay around afterward to meet them cause we had to get trains etc. Next time eh!! I got some great pics....all 4131 of them It'll take me ages to sort through them all. I cant believe the tour is over...............how come the best things in life go so fast and the shit things seem to go on forever!!!! Thanks Matt, Caleb, Nathan & Jared for an amazing tour, I really do hope u enjoyed it as much as you say you have. You guys deserve some decent R&R xxxx

have to say tonight was amazing. but ur right schuncams, they didnt seem very connected with the crowd tonight.. and i have to say i didnt really like the crowd. They didnt seem bothered? or something. And the guys must be exhausted so i guess it all kind of fits together why i wasnt really feeling it at certain points. But SO happy we got trani! I actually welled up abit when it came on. Im annoyed there was no arizona but it was a long shot i suppose!
Caleb wasnt very talkative.. but i think he is just very tired.. understandable, and he hasnt been well. Matt was bloomong lovely! waving at the crowd at the end for ages. Jared seemed really off tonight.. he had his back to the crowd ALOT and then just walked off at the end.
Anyway these are all the songs they played that i can remember off the top of my head!
Use somebody taper jean girl crawl razz pistol of fire trani slow night so long charmer black thumbnail knocked up notion fans king of the rodeo sex on fire On call four kicks milk my party wasted time mollys chambers cold desert the bucket Revelry
and i think that was all?
All in all had a great night. I am sooo tired right now so off to bed for me. nite nite girlies x

^^ Yup, tomorrow nite Louise, just saw ur post!! Completely agree about the crowd and not seeming bothered, they didnt even really cheer so much after songs or before encore, it was a bit strange!!!!! I think they cut the setlist short too and it seemed to be over really fast, but that may be because a 5 hour show would be too short for me And Jared seems to be a little off more recently, in Glasgow he seemed like that but then was smiling and laughing with a glass of wine before encore and after end!! I dunno what happened tonight but it all didnt get aswell as I imagine the Kings would have wanted the last show to!!!! I kinda feel disappointed for them

4000 photos?! The atmosphere where I was was really good, most people round me seemed to know Trani which was cool. I did notice two circle pits though, it looked pretty violent to be caught up in them! I guess my view of the crowd would have been different if I'd been standing?

Hi guys, new to this site, but have been a fan since I was 12. Nice to meet fellow devotees Just got back from Wembley, and afraid was a bit of a disappointment....largely because i've seen the guys before, but they just didn't seem that into it this time. Also, I didn't much like the crowd, there was entirely no crowd etiquette, and normally if you fall over, guys help pick you up....and large men litterally pushed us over on purpose (and don't get me wrong, i am a mosher, i dont just stand there in the crowd like some people). But some of the men who didn't even know the words to anything else but sex on fire (And looked incredibly bemused during the whole of Trani) were unbelievable. This is really hard to believe....but I have to take my friend to hospital tomorrow cause some guy thought it was funny to stamp on everyones feet and now she's sprained her foot. Sorry this sounds like a rant, but its really pissed me off cause i really wanted to hang outside to get autographs but we had to go to the medical centre and get a 40 quid taxi all the way home cause she couldn't walk. Plus, the medical guy said the fans he's seen for KOL, have definately changed since 'Only by the Night' and they're seeing more Oasis kind of fans now..... I don't know if any of you guys were near us, but we were standing in front of caleb about 7 or 8 rows back and I have long brown hair (and was playing with a lighter during the slow numbers...) and my friend is a tall blonde girl. But i have to say, the pro's of the night were definately Trani, and then whilst waiting in the medical centre, even though I don't like M83, the medical guy gave me the drummers sticks that he found backstage so thats pretty cool. But yeah the crowd was horrible, and i'm afraid thats the last time i'll ever be seeing KOL live again, unless they play any festivals i go to....I think part of the reason why they were so disconnected was because the fans were such a mixed bunch. Most of them only knew 'Sex on Fire' and then in vast comparison, some of the other fans boo'd when they played anything of the new album. But anyway, that was an incredibly weird way to introduce myself to the site, but yeah Kings of Leon rock, but don't think they were on top form tonight...plus the accident didn't help make things better, have to take my friend to hospital tomorrow arg :S xxxx

^^ awww Im sorry you had such a negative experience Dont let it put you off seeing KOL live tho please. I saw them last week and the crowd was amazing. I think these Wembley tickets went on sale after SOF was released which may explain some of the issues. I think one person around me knew all the songs incl trani but I belted them all out anyway, but ya, they went bananas for SOF!!!!! Between that and the kings maybe being tired etc it didnt make for an amazing atmosphere!!!! I sure hope the guys take some time out now for themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You didn't miss meeting them cos they didn't come out, just thought you should know for peace of mind It did look pretty full on in there tonight. Don't let it put you off! I had a bit of a nightmare with the crowd at V (it might be like that for most KOL gigs I don't know?) but have never experience since.. I guess I'm usually on the barrier so I have that to hold on to. But I hope your friend's okay, that sounds really shit!

Ah thank you, you've really cheered me up Feel much better now I know they didn't come out! But bad for the people waiting for ages! I was at V festival too! (three rows back in front of Caleb) and found it pretty amazing...Really enjoyed myself that time. But I know what you mean, the V fest crowd was crazy, but at least they had gig etiquette by picking girls up that fell over. These horrible men tonight sexually harrassed all the girls and pushed them to the floor, it was ridiculous. But i must admit a guilty secret that has been racking my mind since i got back, I feel incredibly guilty. I did a thumbs down gesture twice, once during sex on fire and once during another song, and I am really worried that Caleb saw my gesture. But this thumbs down gesture was not based on the music, it was intended to be at the audience around the time my friend hurt her foot :S but am very worried it might have been seen....I am probably being incredibly incredibly paranoid Lol. But I have to say, the staff at Wembley arena are incredibly lovely I'm sorry to be such a noob, but...how do I edit my profile? Thanks a lot girlies xxx
