Holy guacamole! I was at my 24 hr. Wal-Mart last night and all of a sudden I heard the intro to SEX ON FIRE!! I wasn't sure if was actually hearing it or imagining it, then my friend said "Oh, my gosh I love this song." And like a moth to a flame I followed the music until I ended up in the stereo aisle. 98.7 FM, a major, MAJOR top 40/rock station in L.A. was playing the KINGS! I've never heard them on the radio here. This is monumental! I'm so excited and proud  |

ive seen the video 3 times on channel v  and once on triple j, which is like the only good radio station that plays alternative stuff as opposed to crappy top 40 stuff URGH |

Sex on Fire just made it to number one on MySpace chart, maybe this isnt new news but it is for me The caption scrolling along the bottom: "The lead singer seems to have gotten himself into a spot of bother but his bandmates are too busy eating chicken to help"  How many times, Matthew was hungry now leave him the hell alone  |

Just realised I really should have posted in here. Hopefully the mods can clean up the extra thread I made. Basically I said that Use Somebody has just been released on Commerical radio here in Aus.

Heard it when I ventured past some really mainstream clothing shop.... I was like... I have to go in, and thus I swallowed my pride bolting quickly into the shop. I probably looked like I was about to rob the shop!

"sex on fire" gets pretty regular play on FM94.9- a small, alternative rock station in San Diego.
almost every time they play it, the DJ says something along the lines of
"girls, calm down, don't get too excited."
he basically hints that it's a very sexy song and many females call in to request it. he even asked his female co-DJ
"what is it about this song? why do girls think it's so sexy?"
and the girl said something about caleb's voice ect...
it's true, that song is gonna lure people in based on pure carnal instincts alone!

That was my reaction also when I heard Sex on Fire on 98.7 last week while in my car. My little girl asked what Caleb was singing and I told her he was singing, "my sticks are on fire" hahaha! that's hilarious! how old is your little girl? Karma for making me laugh! |
