Hmm. I tend to hate KoL covers and I hate the Ting Tings so I wasn't expecting much of this but, to be honest, I don't think it's that bad. Obviously it's not as good as the original but if I were in a pub and they played this live I wouldn't mind. Not a bad effort I say. Bit heavy on the backing vocals at times but apart from that it's ok. |

Obviously it's not as good as the original but if I were in a pub and they played this live I wouldn't mind. Not a bad effort I say. I saw girls aloud at V for 'fun' and was disapointed. Sarah Harding had the worst voice of all of them and also looks like a drag queen in all that crap (Bitchy but just my opinion)

Yep, my sister told me a couple of days ago that at V Festival Sarah Harding was talking about how the band was going to cover 'Sex on Fire.' And how honored they would be if they could do it. She told a reporter from the Daily Mail...I'll ask where my sister found it and post a link. Thought it was hilariously interesting. i actually quite liked the ting tings cover of the bucket. obvs dont like it as much as the original, but she actually sings in it, un-like in their own songs, she just kinda shouts. lmao. i'm really not looking forward to this girls aloud cover of sex on fire tho, oh no.

Good Grief, everyone calm down with the vitriol towards Girls Aloud, why should it matter to you whether they like them or not.
If and its a big IF they cover it, it will probably just be for the Radio1 Live lounge, it's not going to be their next single!!
